Maximum Liability Threshold
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prafero, its employees, and founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes loss of site traffic, drop in search rankings, hosting outages, browser security events, or lost profit opportunities. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Prafero in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to protect, indemnify, and hold Prafero and our team harmless from any claims, damages, court fees, or liabilities arising out of your violation of this agreement, your target domain audits, or your use of the space workspaces.
We reserve the right to update this agreement to align with technology updates, cloud regulations, or pricing schedules. Your continued use of the platform following an update confirms your acceptance of the revised document.
